Win10 Pro 1903 was activated. slui 4.0 not working. on SLUI Site, there is no solution for windows 10 1903. they just said reboot your pc.

I have been trying to activate my windows 10 pro, offline (home office). slui 4.0 not working. I'm trying slui 3.0 and slui 4.0. not working. I'm also trying this site:

What is the use of slui.exe in Windows 10?
Also, you can try to use:
slui.exe /online /machine:YOUR-LAPTOP-NAME
If the laptop is not configured to allow the use of the device, you will be asked for a password. Enter the password and press Enter.
